Seventeen minutes or less. That is all it takes for sedentary students to lose focus - and that is an average, for many, it is shorter. We can show participants how to reach all students using movement in your classroom. In this session, you will learn about how the brain changes when active, and what you will get back from students when planning your lessons around movement. Participants will see many brain boosters, along with ways to insert them into your lesson seamlessly. Be prepared to learn and move!
